The "Another Chance to Win up to 15 copies of Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnayfor your reading group" Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

1. To Enter:  To enter, simply visit the Reading Group Gold Web Site at www.readinggroupgold.com (the “Site”). Submit your entry by fully completing the entry form at the Site. Sweepstakes begins November 26 , 2008, 12:01 p.m. ET and all e-mail entries must be received by December 12, 2008, 12:00 p.m. ET. Limit one entry per person.

2. Random Drawing. From all eligible entries received, a random drawing will be held on or about December 12, 2008 , by St. Martin’s Press (“Sponsor”), whose decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winner may be required to sign and return an affirmation of eligibility and publicity/liability release within fifteen (15) days of notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate.

3.  Prizes. (1) Grand Prize – A maximum of 15 copies of the trade paperback edition of the book Sarah's Key, by Tatiana de Rosnay. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $209.25 (ARV will be proportionally less if fewer than 15 members of winner’s book club or reading group. If you are not a member of a reading group, you are entitled to 1 copy, ARV $13.95) Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If any prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of minor's parent or legal guardian. All prizes will be awarded to the applicable Book Club representative for distribution to Book Club members.

4. Eligibility.  Only open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older. Employees, and members of their families, of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.

5. General. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise prohibited by law. No cash substitutions, transfer or assignment of prizes allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Limit one prize per person, household, family or Book Club. By accepting prize winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, biographical information, and the name of his/her book club, in advertising and promotion, including on the Site, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All taxes and any other expenses on the receipt and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. By accepting a prize, winner releases Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

6. Winners’ List: The prize winner will be posted on Reading Group Gold Home Page: www.ReadingGroupGold.com on or about January 15, 2008. You may also request a list of winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 31, 2008 to "Sarah's Key" Winners' List, c/o Joseph Goldschein, St. Martin's Press, 175 Fifth Avenue, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10010.
